    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and operating procedures to drive operational efficiency and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical and data center projects.

    • Design and manage construction of Mission Critical facilities from concept design to completion

    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

    • Provide guidance and support to project managers, architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively.

    • Complete equipment sizing and mass balance specifications to ensure functionality and efficiency

    • Create and develop process calculations, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), facility layout, and equipment lists as necessary

    • Develop new and innovative solutions to enhance production, focusing on improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency for process/manufacturing end users

    • Partner with business development team as a subject matter expert, developing conceptual design facility layouts, and supporting proposal development for comprehensive design/build or EPC solutions

    • Understand the principles of hygienic design and identify potential risks associated with the construction of Mission Critical facilities

    • Travel as needed

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0

    • 5-10 years' technical sales, project management, and/or facility design experience within the Mission Critical industry

    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, technologies, and best practices in the mission-critical and data center sector.

    • Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving complex project-related issues.

    • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's overall growth.

    • Experience in advanced/high-tech Mission Critical sectors highly preferred

    • Broad and in-depth business background with a working knowledge of the technical aspects of Mission Critical design/build construction
